Finally got myself to mod your beatmap since I like this song.
Minor mods for now. There's probably a lot more that needs to be pointed out but here's what I got so far.
modded in lithuanian:

General / Generolas

Šis sunkumas pavadinimas „You Drive Me Like A Crazy!“ neturi daug prasmės. Jį reikėtų pervadinti į „You Drive Me Crazy!“.
This difficulty title "You Drive Me Like A Crazy!" doesn't make much sense. It should be renamed "You Drive Me Crazy!"
00:48:548 Čia nustatyčiau preview point. Manau, kad tai daug labiau paveiku nei tas, kurį dabar esi nustatęs.
I would set a preview point here. I think it's much more impactful than the one you've set now.

Move this pattern so that 4 does not overlap with the slider body
01:39:901 - 01:42:725 Kodėl ši dalis lėta? Nėra jokių instrumentų pauzių ar kažko panašaus, ir apskritai tai skamba keistai.
Why is this part slow? There are no instrumental pauses or anything like that, and it just sounds weird overall.
02:27:195 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Man visiškai nepatinka, kaip šis grojimas vyksta. Norėčiau naudoti kitokį metodą, kad šis raštas neatrodytų nepatogus grojant.
I don't like the way this is played at all. I would like to use a different approach so that this pattern doesn't seem awkward to play.

Taip pat norėčiau atkreipti dėmesį, kad jūsų vaizdo įraše vis dar gali būti garso takelis. Tai nėra didelė problema, bet būtų malonu pašalinti garsą iš vaizdo įrašo, o ne jį nutildyti.
I would also like to point out that your video may still have an audio track. This is not a big problem, but it would be nice to remove the audio from the video instead of muting it.
