Why do both diffs have massive breaks at 01:43:503 - and 03:07:000 - ? Considering that the lower diff is also not finished per the map's description, I'd only nominate this for Loved. Not sure about other BATs.

considering that both diffs have the exact same drain length, i think the map is finished, mapper likely forgot to update description, and big breaks are just big breaks, it wasn't uncommon back then i do agree, map is a bit silly so i'm open to either rank or loved (preferably ranked) xd
