b20121003shine.test is an interesting build, as it's one of the first builds to have osu!mania and use osz2.
One of the most interesting features of it is the accessible benchmark. b20121003shine.test was the only public build that had it and got archived.
Digitalclient re-added it and improved upon it by allowing Titanic players to submit its benchmark scores to leaderboards along with hardware info, turning osu! into a benchmarking software(?).
I ported over the benchmark submission part over to b20121003shine.test, so that you can benchmark your interesting hardware without worrying about Digitalclient's features and modernizations making you unable to submit benchmark scores on unusual hardware.
The client is mostly vanilla and I won't probably change the gameplay a lot, unless it's a critical bug. Don't expect frequent updates, as I expect this client to stay stable. This is not really a client made for gameplay, it's mostly for benchmarking.
This client comes in 2 flavors: one using .NET Framework 2.0, and the second one using .NET Framework 4.0. You can compare scores between these two CLR versions, and if one of the versions does not work, the other version will.

Can't install .NET Framework 2.0/3.5 on your machine?
I made a guide for working around that issue: https://osu.titanic.sh/forum/20/t/1154/

Known issues
- Benchmark leaderboard is always 4:3, even on other aspect ratios
- Benchmark leaderboard lacks the back button. You can still use Escape to exit it
