an option to disable default element (as in, default-1.png, et cetera) fade out animation during gameplay would be nice now

Feel free to make a proof of concept commit, as long as it isn’t making changes that can’t be achieved in stable with skinning I’ll allow it. I don’t want my client to be easier to play on than Stable if that makes sense |
