This may seem a bit silly or pointless but I think that would be a decent thing to do.

As someone on the BAT team, this is not something I am interested in seeing changed. Our team is small, and having the two extra days to try to catch any issues in maps is extremely useful. Secondly, scores from qualified are carried over when the map is ranked as long as the map is not disqualified, so to me this seem unnecessary.

Yep, due to scores not being wiped, it's essentially pointless to change.
