in the forum category listing, i imagine like a panel that shows all the recent activity at a glance in all topics rather than having to look through every single subcategory's specific recent activity indicator

Simple answer: dont reply on some threads you dont want to reply on, once you reply on certain threads, the thread gets bookmarked and you'll receive those notifications, other than that i dont see the issue.

Thats what im talking about, perhaps im wrong, but imo i think once yoh reply on some thread, the thread is bookmarked, maybe on default its not |

Can you guys stop hijacking this feature request for a panel that's basically an aggregate feed of all activity on the forum that acts as an alternative to #announce for completely unrelated things

thats just like… basic practice of many servers?
and it's not that hard to implement. bot sends hyperlink for thread titles. adding some kind of tweak will scan for forum link (like 6 is feature requests, so bot pings participants with associated role) |

make a separate feature request. this is completely unrelated to what i am talking about. i do not want to be pinged on discord to see forum posts. i want to see them on the Website
