instead of only being able to follow posts once you've replied or selected button, add a toggle that will send a notification on activity in a given category (e.g. pending beatmaps, development, gameplay &c)
this sends a notification automatically for new posts as well

 Added this last night. I know this is not really adding notifications, but I think having this makes it a lot easier. |
