This is normal behavior, don't worry! Relax and Autopilot submit to the global beatmap leaderboards, but do not contribute to your profile's pp, so these scores won't show up in your top plays.
The score awarded for relax scores is also highly nerfed, so in the end it's just a "nice to have" thing.
