listen, if i want to test out clients yet its for client testers, how can i get that kind of permission, by asking levi?

all the slots for client testing are pretty much full

and then also levi doesnt usually hand out client test to anyone since there's always going to be someone that will use the latest stable client to connect titanic and do some thingamajig
