this map needs manual lead in time, add 1450ms in the audio tab of song setup

the offset sounds off to me, I'd do 116ms. But this could be caused by different clients using different versions of bass which can affect offset. IMO I think we should target to clients using newer bass as its more common for people to be using clients with that going forward.

the nc usage is all over the place, what is the logic behind this?
01:04:296 - Spinner head unsnapped by 3 ms.
01:06:155 - Spinner tail unsnapped by 3 ms.
aren't these sounds important enough to make active?

kagamine diff is entirely unsnapped
