    General:

    - Title should be "Toki o Kizamu Uta (TV Size)" according to the hepburn romanization.
    - Add "Harumi-chan" to tags since it's their titanic username.

    Novice:

    - NC of the kiai is pretty random, would be nice if you can review the overall NC logic yourself.
    - You should try focusing more on the playfield usage being well spread. Overall, the cursor movement feels like it's mostly moving around the center which leaved the corner potential unused.
    - The intro section (00:17:122 ~ 00:38:273) could show more rhythm variation to express the song as it's mostly a chain of 1/1 beats right now. 00:32:661 (3) - was a good example where you combined a 2/1 slider so things aren't all metronome beats. It's important to design a combination of various rhythms instead of just plainly following audible sounds of the song, or unless the map ends up with the same beats over and over especially for low diffs.

    • 00:21:438 (3) - 00:35:251 (4) - Replacing either to a straight slider or a curve would work better. Linear slider at these context felt special in visual, though the song didn't really changed that much for such decision.
    • 00:33:956 (4,1) - Would be better if the NC starts from (4) along the lyric & the strong sound.
    • 00:53:812 (5,1) - Try avoiding this overlap for a better visual.
    • 01:09:784 (4) - You forgot NC here where the section changes. Also would remove NC at 01:11:942 (1) - for consistency afterwards.

    Kurboh's Advanced:
    • 00:55:107 (4,5,1) - Can you try starting the NC from (4) along the lyrics? That's what you were doing at 00:41:294 (1,2,3) - so it should be better in consistency.
    • 00:57:266 (3,4,5) - Can you try making the spacing even? Seems the intention was to keep the x-axis the same for (3,4) but the unbalanced spacing didn't made it work well.
    • 01:11:942 (1) - 01:16:258 (1) - 01:20:791 (1) - I'd personally remove these NCs since they all belong to the same combo but it's up to you.
    • 01:15:827 (4,3) - This overlap hurts at old skin but w/e
    • 01:25:107 (3) - Why is this slider non-symmetric?

Might be a pass for me as a BAT. Maybe I'm being too picky for titanic, but I feel there are more room for improvement. Also besides the issue I mentioned, the spread feels a bit unbalanced because it's more like Novice-Intermediate—–Advanced based on how 1/1 spacing was treated similarly at Novice and Intermediate but it's something more you should be careful next time.

Hi sonnyc! I appreciate the mods, Novice was more a mapping test than I complete map, meant to put in WIP not pending my bad.

I’ll work on improving it soon :D

I also think there was a misunderstanding in the difficulty names. I was naming these off of Hexis conventions, not osu! conventions. In Hexis, the scaling of difficulties is like this:

    Novice - Easy
    Intermediate - Normal
    Advanced - Hard

If you read this as osu! difficulty names this makes little sense

    Novice - This isn't a Normal?
Intermediate - Intermediate? Isn't that the same as Advanced?
Advanced - This is more of a Hard not an Advanced?

I hope that clears up some of the rhythm choice and the spread a bit better. Now thats not to say we couldn't have made the spread better, I asked harumi and kurboh if they wanted to make a diff before I had even finished mine, and we didn't really edit it much after we all completed our diffs xD. I made a few changes to rhythm after I saw harumi's but not really enough to make it fit perfectly well with the spread I think. In hindsight, my Novice is more of a Normal difficulty though, so that's entirely my error.

    - NC of the kiai is pretty random, would be nice if you can review the overall NC logic yourself. Agreed, NC logic was all over the place. I hastily remapped it at some point to try to get it to be lower SR than harumi's diff and never reworked it. Should be better now.
    - You should try focusing more on the playfield usage being well spread. Overall, the cursor movement feels like it's mostly moving around the center which leaved the corner potential unused. I fully agree that object placement is weak in this difficulty. Reworked some, still not amazing though.

It's important to design a combination of various rhythms instead of just plainly following audible sounds of the song, or unless the map ends up with the same beats over and over especially for low diffs. I understand that you want more rhythm variation, my goal was just to follow the vocals, and have some gaps in rhythm since it's a low diff. Honestly I am at a bit of loss on how I could vary the rhythms up more, still follow the vocals, and have the gaps I desired originally for this low diff.

    • 00:53:812 (5,1) - Try avoiding this overlap for a better visual. After some convincing I got Hexis grid snap to work with me, and now it looks better lol.
    • 01:09:784 (4) - You forgot NC here where the section changes. Also would remove NC at 01:11:942 (1) - for consistency afterwards. I reworked the NC's across the map :D
