Why is your offset at -285? Should be 150

00:06:019 (3) - I think you should end the slider on 00:06:671 and add a circle on 00:07:106, that way the rhythm is more consistent.
00:42:323 (9) - Would consider deleting this circle. To me it feels kinda cooler to delay the rhythm for the vocals, and it would be more authentic to the style if that makes sense.
01:40:367 (3) - I could kinda understand where you're going with this, but to me it kinda feels awkward to play. Would consider moving it to x340 y224
01:54:280 (3) - Same deal as the one above, except move this one to x176 y160 since you have it flipped around
02:49:932 (3) - ^
03:03:845 (3) - ^

That's all from me now, still learning how to mod beatmaps based on gameplay so some of the mods might not be what you're looking for, but looking forward to seeing this get its shine soon! We asbolutely need more VGM in titanic.

> no storyboard in your map, delete .osb (background color transformation do not creates .osb file)
> try to re-submit your map from older client asap (for porting a map on older beatmap filesystem just add circle, save map, delete circle and save again and you will be good)

patterns:
> 00:06:019 (3) - maybe you will short this slider by 1/1 and place circle at place which has been 00:06:019 (3)'s sliderend (or place near to it) (you can edit .osu file of the difficulty and replace 350 (slider length) with 210.1820068359375)
according to your reject of vyper's mod, you dont need this rhythm variation in area with similar rhythm (00:00:150 - 00:14:063) so keep same slider velocity as other sliders have. i hope that you've heard me, but anyway feel free to reject if this is necessary to keep
