Normal:

00:37:035 (5,6,7) - right now, this pattern is a bit odd, although 6 and 7 are readable, it flows the player into the sliderend of 00:38:970 (1) - instead of the head, I would move 6 and 7 below the head of 00:37:035 (5) - so that the player is drected towards the head of 00:38:970 (1) -
00:41:873 (1,2) - this kind of flow is not appropriate for a normal, the reverse arrow flows the player in the opposite direction of the next next
00:44:775 (1) - some complaint here, the flow directs the player into the tail of this blue slider, instead of the head. I also think having 00:44:291 (4) - on top of the blue slider is unappealing to look at
00:47:194 (2,3,4) - I would prefer if we moved this pattern so that 2 is not under the previous 1
00:52:879 (3) - DO NOT PLACE CIRCLES ON BLUE TICKS ON NORMALS
00:53:967 (6) - this kind of 1/4 kick slider isn't appropriate for a normal
00:52:032 (2,3,4,5,6) - Here is my rhythm suggestion to replace these notes

Replace your current slider of 2 with a circle, and you can line up the rest with the screenshot
00:54:451 (1) - avoid having sliders with more than 1 reverse arrow on normals if possible, this also just doesn't sound very good as is, leaves a lot of sounds feeling ignored.
01:00:257 (3,4,5) - let's have 4 and 5 not be obscured by 3, if we move 4 and 5 to the other side it would look better

02:29:275 (1,3) - these two sliders being multiple reverse arrows ignores too many sounds, I would remap this to catch all the cool sounds
02:33:871 (2,5) - these notes are filler, these don't make any sense at all. if you are following the vocals delete these two.
I would change 02:35:080 (4) - to be a slider, and modify the ending rhythm to this


Hard:
I think this hard is better than the normal. It's important to remember that the higher the more you can get away with. This feels like a better representation of what old mapping was like back in the day compared to your normal. I'll give this some mods after we clean up the Normal and fix it's issues. Good first map, it just needs some work.

General:
Your mp3 quality is too high, ranking criteria states the maximum bitrate for an mp3 is 192kbps, or 208kbps for an ogg file.
You are missing genre and language in tags, add japanese anime pop to tags.

Why not give this map some combo colors? Here's my suggestion.

I'm now improved this beatmap. so, i've been cleaning for normal difficulty, that i have feeling about this, it's alright, the map is now finished while for useful skills to fix notes.
