Personally I would remove the non vocal whistles until 01:07:990 -
It's a bit too noisy and repetitive in my opinion.

01:27:871 (5) - new combo, pretty much like 01:16:710 (1) -
01:33:452 (6) - new combo like the equivalent section 01:44:613 (1) -
01:39:033 (4) - new combo like the equivalent section 01:50:194 (1) -
01:57:170 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - long combo looks a bit random here. should probably split it in two, like adding nc on 02:00:484 (5), (6) or (7).
03:00:302 (6) - new combo like 02:54:721 (1) -

- 00:40:784 (2,3,4) - i feel like this pattern isn't well constructed and players will either hit 00:42:528 (4) - too early or feel underwhelmed by it… i'd move 00:42:528 (4) - away more, maybe on x:392 y:128

- 01:26:999 (4) - i feel like you could replace this object with a copy-pasted and flipped by 180° version of 01:26:301 (3) - that flow in a circular pattern, as atm, 01:26:999 (4) - feels a little too close to 01:27:871 (1) - this

- 01:47:055 (8) - you could reverse this object (CTRL+G), would feel a lot better i feel

fixed all, ive also fixed 01:28:917 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8), because the patterning looked kinda ugly, so now its more symmetrical and not super ugly

turns out your background dimensions are above what's allowed in the ranking criteria (Maximum width: 2560 px Maximum height: 1440 px).
delete the osb file too, since it breaks the rule about unused files.

fix that i'll bubble.
