Some modding:

Insane+++++++++

00:18:573 (2) - you know, build up on semi-passive map part before active part must be slow, to have better contrast. you need to slow and resize this slider
00:39:055 (6), 00:45:434 (6) - to make same triple form as triples before and after these, move both circles to y:0
00:39:703 (2) - by theory, any 1:1 rhythm must be clickable if song sample is on the white tick. there it is, so i suggest to remove repeat and leave 1/2 slider, and then you can separately ctrl+g both sliders and put a circle on white tick
00:44:686 (1) - you can make this sldier to have same shape as 00:44:886 (2). you already have 00:45:882 (1,2) with same shape of both sliders
01:37:809 (7,8,9) - note connection of previous note towards 7 must be sharp angle, to make more sharp flow, but you have 90 degrees angle
01:38:108 (1,1,1,1) - will be misreading with NC, keep NC only for 1st object
01:47:078 (1,1,1,1) - same
