edit: changed to WIP to fix problems (thank you digital :D)
1/12/25: added a single hitsoound (wow) and removed a useless timing point.

awaiting to be done: fixing some more hitsounds if needed, properly spaced jumps. (get on that pishifat grind!!11!!1)

update: changed placement of notes up to the first spinner.
update 2: ditto, up to second spinner.
update 3: finished, back to pending.

Why are there two timing points next to each other at the start? To me it seems like only the second one is necessary. As is now you get an odd reset with nightcore enabled

I want to start off by saying that this is really not my kind of map at all, however there are some fundamentals in mapping that i think you need to develop to help improve your ability to map in this style. A lot of your jumps tend to have different spacing, or don't have spacing when the music calls for it

00:10:640 (5) - This is clearly a very loud and important sound in the song, it's the main beat, but for some reason the distance between 4 to 5, is less than the distance from 1-2. The spacing emphasis you created is reverse of the intensity of the song
00:10:973 (6) - Then we take the next note, this has larger spacing than any previous note, but there the sound here is actually weaker than what came before. This is an issue I see across your maps. Jump maps are not simply about placing comfy patterns, or making a cool jump, they only become cool jumps and patterns when they enhance the song and emphasis the parts that are most intense. Imagine if you were head bopping this song on all it's weakest parts, thats what some of your patterns feel like

I also want to state that up to this point I have checked all your maps, even if I haven't modded them. They are generally improving, but I want to leave you with this tidbit. Take a look at your favorite ranked jump maps. Look at the jumps in the maps and ask yourself: "why is this jump larger than a previous one", "why has the mapper decided to emphasis some sounds with this type of pattern, but not with others". I think you will find that you can come to understand why your favorite maps are your favorite maps by asking yourself these questions. In your current place in mapping, I think it's a good time to ask yourself these questions as you improve.

hey, thanks for modding my map :D

I have changed the beatmap status to WIP so then i could try to apply these to my map.

I have deleted the unnecessary first timing point, and added a finish hitsound on 00:10:640 (5).

I'm currently working on spacing since that appears to be the main concern of the map, and will also be looking at other maps to try to get it right.

I'm not going to spend time on fixing these today since I have already posted the map today and want to do other things. Again, thanks for looking at my map!
