There is "japanese" in tags while the song is in English (has "english" in tags), therefore the website says "Metal (Japanese)". It's better to remove the said keyword in the tags field to make it "Metal (English)".

Timing points reset the scroll (slider) velocity change to 1.00x, and only do so if you can do some volume change or freely overlap it with inherited points when making the SV change. I suggest removing unused inherited points (which are 00:22:121 - 01:27:423 - 01:47:539 - ) since you do not use inherited points for any purpose.
