Mikey's would probably better named as an Advanced diff, 2.82* is abnormally high for a Normal. I'll wait to mod this once it's complete

- I really feel like you should change the diff name on Mikey's Crazy Normal to Crazy Advanced since you already have the normal diff anyway
- Make sure to uncheck widescreen support on his diff as well
