timing should really be redone if someone is up to the challenge

unholy amount of stuff conflicting its hurting my head (check automod)

theres some missing files like comboburst-0 and comboburst-1 (something tells me this could have been artwork of cirno and daiyousei?)

Normal Hard and Lunatic have some objects that need to be resnapped

Easy:
00:09:571 (6) - this slider should be changed

Normal:
01:21:399 (1) - should be snapped to the white tick same for 00:03:277 (1) -
00:08:323 (3,4,3,4,4,5,5) - these fast repeating sliders should be changed to something else for the difficulty

mp3 should be trimmed to fade out earlier because that part isnt mapped (i made a new mp3)

source should be 東方紅魔郷 〜 the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil

rest is up to anyone

tried to fix this map today but it's just too flawed.

timing: not very difficult, actually.
snapping: you will need to guess what the mapper tried to do sometimes.
mp3: as mentioned in the OP, needs to be trimmed.

not going to try to check this map again unless 2nd bat is confirmed and willing to try to fix stuff.
i can provide a new MP3 and/or a timing that doesn't suck, good luck with the rest.
