please for the love of god give feedback

trying to make this look like something from like 2009 or smth

will give a more in-depth look at this soon! for now ill just cover some more basic mods

00:11:460 (1) - move 1/4 to the right, onto the red tick

00:17:120 (4,5) - maybe move this pattern onto the next red tick as well? move them away from 00:16:696 (1,2,3) - as well so it's spaced better, maybe x:272 y:256

00:32:545 (1,2,3) - space these apart more! it's visually confusing (i don't think that's what you're going for) because it's too similar to the spacing of 00:31:696 (1,2,3) -

00:37:073 (4,5,6) - move to the left a bit more to better visualise the 3/4 gap? atm it's spaced like it's 1/2

00:44:714 (1,2) - ctrl+g'ing this seems fun

00:47:262 (5) - move to x:208 y:32 and move the last slider point so it's not overlapping with 00:46:696 (1) - or 00:49:243 (1) -

just wanted to cover more rudimentary stuff because there's a big overarching issue with this map that makes it difficult to really cover it – that is, the lack of filler rhythm. only following the vocals is fine but it just doesn't seem fitting with a style like this imo. additionally, ive noticed that theres no actual real focus on what in the song you want to follow, so filler rhythm could help a lot in branching those gaps.
i can help you with all that sooner or later! it's very important in mapping methinks

00:17:120 (4,5) - maybe move this pattern onto the next red tick as well? move them away from 00:16:696 (1,2,3) - as well so it's spaced better, maybe x:272 y:256 - can you better explain what is attempted to be done here? i get the first part is reorganizing the rhythm, ive applied that cause that works better too. but i do not understand what the second part is meant to acomplish, (provide screenshot example? :>)

now regarding me following the vocal line: well.. The main reason I'm doing this is because it's the only thing I can actually hear in the track (it's significantly louder and easier to follow than everything else.) in the Kiai (or the chorus in the song) where its more intense, I tried to follow some of the drums in the background with the extra circles. But i don't know if it's represented well.

def on the right track! only thing i'd suggest here is to stack 00:31:837 (2) - on top of (1)

i'd say there's quite a bit going on in the song that could be represented without seeming unnecessary, but i can see following vocals here working pretty well with some touch-ups!

00:36:979 (4) - also move this to the next red tick, it's not on 1/3 lol
^once applied, move 00:37:073 (4,5,6) - one grid snap to the left
