osu!LadCanFlashy client
This modded 2010 osu!client enhances kiai flashing effects, also adds a customizable zoom blur effect, for people that really likes flashing lights.

.NET 4.8 is required to run this client. Download
Until I figure out how to correctly install & use .NET 2.0, It's going to stay at .NET 4.8 for now.
How to customize zoom blur
Close osu! before saving so osu! doesn't override any changes you made.
ZoomBlurQuality = [any number]
Counts how many screen textures it uses, lower = better performance.
ZoomBlurDistance = [any number]
How far it zoooooms out in pixels, doesn't sync with osu! window resolution. (might change that later)
ZoomBlurAlpha = [number between 0, inf]
Transparency of the zoom effect. (For better explanation on how to set this value, 5 = 5%, 125 = 125%, 60 = 60%)
