Some explanation:
When you open beatmap page, you can see date graph when beatmap was submitted and/or updated. But you are limited only with day.
My suggestion is to display pop-up "black box" with month, day and time of beatmap update when you will place mouse cursor on date graph.

I only store the dates for when the beatmap got initially uploaded and when it got last updated, so this will not really work
