Just like the old website, the pending beatmaps from this list should be sorted by priority https://osu.titanic.sh/forum/9.
Same applies for works in progress forum https://osu.titanic.sh/forum/10.
bubbled maps should always be at the top of the list. any map without bubble would be higher or lower on the list based on it's priority. this priority is visible in the two beatmap forums, in the beatmap's topic and in the mapset host's page (while it's not ranked).

as shown in the screenshots above, if the user gives more than one star, it will stack, and if you move the mouse cursor above the star, the username will appear. the order of the star is based on user's ID (oldest user on the left, newest user on the right).
users gain the ability to give stars by modding maps and receiving kudosu, 1 kudosu earned allows the user to star a single beatmap and only once. the more kudosu earned the more stars the user can give.
the star is given in the panel from my screenshots, but the mapset host could also do it directly from their profile.
the kudosu earned is kept after the user spent the kudosu

BAT do not need to check the highest priority maps, that was just a way to let mappers to show their support and give more visibility to the maps they liked instead of just having the list sorting by upload date. also it gives incentive to mod maps.

the priority is set by how many stars were spent on the beatmap.
BAT stars should be golden
