ok man why is this hitsound volume is 20% on 5333,-100,4,2,0,20,0,0? it kinda don't make sense from 20% hitsound volume to 80% on 16990,-100,4,2,0,80,0,1 so probably change this to atleast 60% or as long as it's audible enough

because i took the hitsounds from the og set and mostly forgot to make stuff consistent, should be fixed now with consistent voluming on all diffs based on hard diff volumes (changed to 60%) (also reworked some stuff in normal to comply with mapset verifier) also reworked the kiai times on all diffs to be consistent
