I applaud your hitherto unknown to me a8ility to make CS5 feel like messy CS6 - you are not Vriska Serket. Vriska Serket's ever shifting and 8uilding interpret8ions work 8ecause her interpret8ions are actually good; every interpret8ion plays off the others plus the song, and each is so strong that in playing I hear the song differently as the map (Vriska Serket) dict8s. Every reinterpret8ion here adds up to an unjustified gimmick, pointless aping, rather than a decided and executed concept.
I h8 to say it 8ut if Vriska Serket's ideas fascin8 you Make You Whole (freshly sqeezed mix) is the last place I would take inspiration from/pay tri8ute to for this idea, something you should know yourself as the kind of structure it uses only takes its true form in her l8r maps. All this and a deli8erate reference your map still lacks anything 8ut the most superficial resem8lance, your sharp angular a8solute aversion to uncomforta8le linear and even rot8ional movement, comparatively loose ungeometric patterning (really I should say non-patterning, prolific NCs, visual organis8ion, and general movement make most o8jects in repeating "patterns" feel like individual discrete movements) carries none of the medit8ive/hypnotic quality of Make You Whole (freshly sqeezed mix), one it manages to convey while still 8eing more dynamic in its rigidity. Your map feels stressful, despite 8eing much easier, which is the exact opposite.
