The Muzukashii-Oni-Urahumen difficulty was leeched off of the different difficulties of the TaikOsu Map Yawaraka Sensha -- s/8709 . So unless something gets changed there, this isn't going to change. Same note applies: no hitsound and timeline changing, but at least only for this difficulty.
