realized i ported a 2019 song that got added into 2020 taiko to a rhythm game community that caters 2008 to 2015 client (which is 4-5 years ahead!) and doesn't use symmetrical grid snaps in a big 2025

Originally, the balloon (or spinner in osu! terms) is at 01:30:615 in Kantan and Futsuu, then I intended to forgive players who cannot spin faster, so I decided to elongate the end to 01:30:846
