Wow, it's a really great map.
I noticed another thing though: why does the Hard have a background while Easy and Normal don't?
And why is this in Beatmap Help?
It should be in Pending Beatmaps.
Sinistro:
Offset about 14,795 and I see no reason that the bpm shouldn't be an even 140.00. Recalc and Resnap. Then recheck your sliders, some of which will have had their length changed by the recalcing.
Other than the observation that Normal and Hard are not very different, difficulty-wise (Hard seems to be a sliiiightly harder Normal with larger beat spacing), the timing changes above are the only issues I can see with this map.

Fix 00:45:86 (6), it's a 1/4 beat too short
I also suggest changing the circle size on Normal to 4 (same as Easy), since it's kinda a big gap from Easy to Normal with the big spacing.
