FAQ btw (tentative, for modding highlights)

1. tags conflict to artist/title
   make sure you know, TAGS can be used to search PHRASE. not BY WORDS only.
2. no spinner on Serene intro?
   they shouldn't work too hard for a slow part, really.
3. in Lina, why there's a note before spinner?
   thats exclusive. i didn't want to make easier/weaker/slower diff get sudden spin after hit a note/end a slider, in this map only.
4. in Lina, why on "doko made"-part there's a massive stream?
   it's really following the song, i wonder did i have some kind of superstition yesterday... where those part having 1/2(8th) instead...
