X 01:50:292 (1,1) - The distance from the middle of the spinner to the next note is quite far, and there isn't a 1/4 gap, might want to adjust this pattern - i don't think that's much of an issue, it's a Hard diff

Insane:

O 00:38:124 (1) - Although this technically isn't off screen, this could get covered by skin elements on 4:3 screens with big HP bars, might want to move it down if possible -moved it very slightly xp
