General:
  • Remove "Party Tonight" from tags. As said before, you don't need duplicated tags when things are at artist or title as we can already search those keywords.
  • Could consider naming the artist as "RAVEN" since it seems that's the preferred styling of the artist found at o2jam gameplays like https://youtu.be/dFprcfw7pXI?si=Bie3M37GIR8MqPZA for example. Also one of the Korean music platform has them labeled as "RAVEN" found at https://music.bugs.co.kr/track/32050348 Couldn't really found any official source regarding the artist format, so I guess you're fine to keep as it is, though mentioning as "RAVEN" feels more accurate from some relative sources.
  • Wonder why you decided to not add "claps" at the kiai section, that made the hitsound very empty compared to the first half. Better adding at adequate context such as 01:01:550, 01:02:445 - etc. You'll already know where.

Normal:
  • Remove audio lead-in. It's not really needed as there's enough time at the beginning.
  • 00:26:177 (4) - What about making this slider straight? Doesn't feel that different from things like 00:24:385 (1) - etc when listening the song.
  • 00:33:788 (2,3,4) - Move a grid left? (1,2) being too close felt messy in spacing.
  • 01:01:326 - 01:04:908 - Could add extra notes as we're at the climax & also to avoid straight 1/1 rhythm chain being over repetitive.

Hard:
  • 00:09:162 (7,1) - Swap NC so it gets consistent with 00:05:579 (1,3). Also 00:10:953 - add NC here for consistency with 00:07:371 (1).
  • 00:51:475 - Add circle? Making it 1/1 felt forced for the sake of pattern while there's an audible sound behind.
  • Felt more normal-whistles could be used when the song has a high pitch, for example 01:15:654 - 01:16:550 - 01:17:445 - 01:21:027 - 01:21:475 - etc. Would be nice if you can review the hitsound in general and add when appropriate so the map fits better with the song.

Not bad, might need extra polishing with the hitsounds. Will do a recheck once the mentioned issues are fixed first.

[General]
rework hitsounds, there are many claps missing on many important objects (opinion based on hard diff)
basic tags: english videogame vgm dance instrumental

[Hard]
00:15:878 (1,2,3,4,5) - mapped air? imo there should be spinner right next by 1/4 after previous slider
00:29:982 (6) - could be better to have it as triple, because it's kinda undermapped if you'll compare to bursts in the map
00:49:012 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - to keep same spacing (0.98x) towards next note, relatively move by x: -8
00:51:251 (3) - huge spacing for hard diff, it will fit better at x:256 y:384 (also rework pattern which contains this object as 1st in the chain
00:58:415 (5,6,7,1,2,3) - could avoid overlap
01:26:624 (2,3,4) - maybe to snap 4 with 01:25:729 (7)?

[Normal]
00:35:803, 00:39:385 - maybe you put circles here?

This part wasn't fixed yet, as kiai is still severly missing claps. If you're not sure where to put claps, mostly you'll want to add at upbeats, which are the 2nd and 4th beat of the metronome. The following image will give you a better idea:

If you're using an old client, then the long white tick won't be visible.

Anyway, I expect the kiai section to have more claps at upbeats, like 01:01:550 - 01:02:445 - 01:03:341 - 01:04:236 - etc. The music literally has a clap behind, so it won't be that hard to understand. Applies to both [Normal] and [Hard].

Also for [Normal]: 00:24:385 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - nice change, but the grids are unaligned after (3). You'll want to check that out.

no kds.
