Hard mode done, and thanks to Remmy for a Normal. Ready for modding.

06/11/09 - Changed some of the hit sounds around via SFG's suggestions, and resnapped a slider for consistency.
07/01/09 - Added Remmy's Normal; Added Kiai mode to the end of Hard
07/04/09 - Added Supergarlic's difficulty. Incoming fixes based on Skyripper's suggestions a bit later.
02/23/10 - Removed Supergarlic's difficulty, sorry Supergarlic. Also made some changes as suggested by Skyripper, and used the background Supergarlic gave me.
02/23/10 - Added some custom skin graphics, curtesy of Cyclone.

09/01/10 - Fixed inherited timing sections. Fixed a stacking issue in Hard pointed out by James2250.
02/24/10 - Added Easy difficulty, removed a couple of the skinning elements. Fixed a spot near the end of Hard.
