Filled in custom hitsounds in case some skins have conflicts.

Mod update. Added star2.jpg, fixed tags, eased reading of kiai section on easy, aligned kiai end times, fixed fountain on easy.

Removed Mukku's diff for now. He's remapping - I'll add it in if he finishes before this gets bubbled.
