Marvin Gaye vs. Gorillaz - I Heard It Through the Grapevine vs. Feel Good Inc. [3:39, Diff: 13.12]

A funky 134bpm track to start the pack off, an amazing remix done by LES TWINS, the main difficulty coming from the 1/4 DJ scratching sections which appear often enough to be a staple of this song.

Sushi Killer - Waifu Dream [3:07, Diff: 13.62]

A relaxing ~103bpm (155 1/3) track, with quite a lot of ghost notes to fill the gaps in between the song and a 1/6th burst every so often. Mix that with a technical section about 75% in containing a mix of 1/3, 1/4 and 1/6 notes and you have yourself a quite challenging chart to such a slow song.

Jason Gastrow - Dunkey in Paris [2:10, Diff: -.--]

A 140bpm burst-based track, containing 1/6 and the occasional 1/8th burst inside, mixed along with mainly jumps and hands following the main beat of the song.

Shuky Levy and Haim Saban - Inspector Gadget Theme Tune [1:35, Diff: 19.98]

A ~141bpm (212 1/3) classic, burst-based track, expect quite a few minijacks and 1/6th rolls/bursts in here mixed with hands and the usual. Essentially, a slightly harder version of Dunkey in Paris.

Panda Eyes & Teminite - Highscore [4:00, Diff: 19.40]

A 110bpm lively, dubstep track, the file mainly focused on jacks, great for starting to learn how to jack as it contains a lot of complicated, but still generally slow patterns, switching between single and chord jacks. A miss in this file is not unexpected.

Kayne West - POWER [1:28, Diff: 19.58]

A quite short, 154bpm track by the infamous kayne west, the map being a mix between dense jumpstreams and light handstreams as well as a few jumptrills mixed inside, ending with 1/6th streams and then a final 1/8th roll, a dense map for such low bpm.

Pegboard Nerds - New Style [3:55, Diff: 18.26]

An electronic song with a hard hitting beat, this 132 bpm track switches between slow jump/handstreams and jacks, the difficulty coming from the 88bpm jump/handjack section followed by 132bpm minijacks in a technical chord section, mix that with a few 1/8th bursts and that's the outline of New Style.

Draper - Set Me Free [2:07, Diff: 19.52]

A relaxing melodic D&B track sitting at 170bpm, this map contains slow, 85bpm jacks and streams to start with and as the song builds up into the climax, it makes it's transition over to 170bpm, eventually hitting the chorus with 170bpm jumpstreams, both light and heavy, based on the vocals and the drum beat. The section following contains a mix of 1/2 hands strung along with more, short jumpstream sections and a couple of LNs to keep the difficulty matching the rest of the track. Repeat these once more and the track is over faster than you think.

kors k - SigSig [1:59, Diff: 18.22]

A classic 179bpm track from kors k, the map mainly being focused on 1/2 jumpjacks, with the occasional jumpstream burst, jumptrill burst and 1/8th burst, as well as a few trills here and there making this a fairly challenging, but not too difficult map.

Hatsune Miku - Sasameke [2:14, Diff: -.--]

The first of a duo of Hatsune Miku tracks in this pack, the map starts of with light 180bpm jumpstreams, getting heavier and heavier as the map continues, and as the chorus hits, the map switches to be an alternating jumptrill/jumpstream type map, the density of this ending section giving it the difficulty it deserves and more.

NOMA - Brain Power (Full Mix) [5:57, Diff: -.--]

A tune known by anyone in the mania community, this ~170bpm track is mainly minijack/jack focused, with a few handstreams, jumpstreams, and a couple of slightly complicated LN sections making up the full difficulty of this astounding 6 minute track.

Zedd - Clarity (feat Foxes) (kamome sano remix) [4:46, Diff: 23.00]

Another great remix by kamome sano, the map starts with a relaxing 1 min intro before breaking into 2 minutes of 182bpm dense jumpstreams, with a few 1/8th rolls mixed in during the intense vocals, a 45 second break coming in before the final minute of jumpstreams, bursts and a couple of LNs, the track sounding as beautiful as the map plays.

cYsmix - Dovregubben's Hall [3:00, Diff: 20.44]

Part of a trio of tracks that was released purely for this game, I chose to map this one due to loving "Hall of the Mountain King" as a track. Sadly, the 140bpm limit seemed to slow for me so expect 140bpm jacks and minijacks, 1/8th and 1/12th bursts in between handstreams, both dense jumpstreams and handstreams, jumptrills, and generally quite a lot of chords everywhere, this file being an example of overmapping such a slow song whilst still being mildly fun to play overall, ending with a nice little surprise.

Amane - Space Time (Amane Hardcore Remix) [6:10, Diff: 21.08]

An infamous track in the mania community, the track aims to be what the original never could, a simple 175bpm track following the song, containing short triple patterns, and a few LNs to start beforing moving into a few jumpstream bursts as well as meeting the iconic part of this map, the 175bpm, jumptrillable 1/8th bursts. As quickly as the song started, it slows down into a 4/1 LN section with the occasional few notes. Reaching 1/3 of the way in we're greated with some simple 1/4 streams before meeting a few more LNs with beats, going into light jumpstreams and one more jumptrill before entering a light JS section with a twist, each bar ending with a mini jumptrill and a minijack. This slows down by the time we get 60% of the way into the track into more triples, and a few light JS sections, slowing down into another low-density part, before going back into light JS 70% of the way in, increasing to light handstreams after a few beats, for a few beats, before returning to the light JS / jumptrill end section, this time with less minijacks. The outro starts around 87% in, ending as it started, triples with jumpstream bursts, one last 1/8th burst as the music finally settles down into the true intro, bring the map to a close with simple patterns. Quite a lot to a simple 6 minute track and whilst not the best, it is definitely an improvement on the original.

Igorrr - Unpleasant Sonata [2:10, Diff: 20.74]

As we enter 5 star territory, we're greated with one of the most overweighted maps in this pack, at a blistering pace of 224 bpm, this map contains single jacks, trills, "jumpstreams" but the main focus of it's difficulty being the jumptrills which are plentiful through the extremely fast paced map, once section even including a 1/8th jumptrillable burst amongst all the madness in such a beautifully crafted song and map.

Hatsune Miku - Tadiu Jinkaku [3:04, Diff: 25.62]

Keeping the bpm above 200, we're met with the 2nd of the hatsune miku duo, and as my 3rd attempt of getting a decent map out of this, after the intro of streams, trills and and a 1/8th roll, we're met with a 210bpm JS section, the main focus of this map between the streams, chords before reaching the chorus, the intensity of her voice deciding wether the streams we're mapped as 1/4 or 1/6th streams, repeat this once more before we reach a technical section, a mix between of jumpstreams, streams and bursts overlapping before moving into the final chorus, enjoying more of the jumpjacks and streams before the last set arrive, being a 1/8th roll followed by a 1/6th stream, just before the outro hits, simple chords to end such a rolling song.

t+pazolite vs RoughSketch - See You Never [4:19, Diff: 27.04]

At an astounding 286bpm, this track is the fastest thing I've mapped to date, the track starting off simple enough before going into 1/1 chord smashing, with a few 1/4 / 1/8th bursts inside, then having another repeat of the intro as the song starts to increase it's difficulty over time before reaching halfway where the true difficulty starts of with 143bpm jump/handjacks, sporting true horror throughout until we reach a small break 2/3 of the way in, starting up again with simple streams and jumps before reaching the climax of the song: pure, continuous handjacks for 10% of the track before moving back into the original switch of jump/handjacks, the intensity only ending when the map does.

scripto - Train Suey - System of a Down VS Thomas the Tank Engine [2:59, Diff: 27.00]

Truly hell, at an astounding 253.25bpm, the map is speed oriented, the map starting with dense JS with a few hands in between before moving into an immense amount of rolls, the map containing an abundance of ghost notes...you're gonna have to play to see for yourself. Good luck.
