this map was in my collection of maps that i was gonna suggest, so if someone makes the necessary edits for ranking, i'm willing to give it a heart as a finally nominator
hope that encourages someone else to check LVL1 | 300 ATK | 200 DEF

timing is now consistent across all difficulties.
added electronic instrumental tags. apparently the taiko diffs don't have a background yet.

taiko difficulties are still missing backgrounds
(and ofc i'll leave that to the taiko bats to fix, since they might want to use something different)

decided we should just use standard's bg's
