All I do is call eyup stars for modes that aren’t mania, just like vanilla b20130303, as far as I know I’ve never changed the eyup star rating calculation

i probably have failed with explanation of what's wrong with it
let me explain: it does not have effect of master volume (it's every time with 100% volume) when stable (and probably other clients) can control metronome sound with master volume. it's just weird loud sound D: it's better to somehow change mechanic of metronome sound volume adjustment. thanks!

idk it works fine for me, but other people have told me that they have this issue and I don't really know why it's happening? as far as I can tell it's the same code as vanilla b20130303. I'll try to look into it again later

Hello gamers! It's hotfix time! This is a small update as I am working INCREDIBLY hard on a modded version of b99! The modded b99 client made by tree and me will include many features that b99 never had, like in game chat, in game user cards, osu! Direct, Beatmap Submission Service, and much more!

However, for Digital Client today I have an update with a few big bug fixes that I have wanted to fix for SO LONG!!!

Fixed the bug where Editor Fade Out Animations were instant (when Hit Animations were disabled)
Fixed the bug where the video would get trapped behind the background image is FIXED ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Fixed the bug that caused the first timing point to go negative IS FINALLY FIXED
Fixed the bug where changing framerates in DirectX would cause the Settings background to unload.

I have now added MPEG-1 as an option to the Media Re-encoder, XVID AVI is the best option for the most users on the most client, but SOMETIMES DirectShow Clients (clients from 2007-2008) read the color space wrong for XVID Videos, if this happens on your map please instead choose MPEG-1! MPEG-1 may not work as well on Linux though!


Brand new image assets by Nymphia! There are now 2x versions of section-pass and section-fail! Nymphia also created a new cookie for us! This cookie is based on the 2013 game icon!


If you are a Mr. Ladybug Enjoyer you will now get a new icon on the Main Menu! If you would like to become a Mr. Ladybug enjoyer you can enable the option in the Theme Tab of Settings. The Silly Bug Song map by Mahogany is now a bundled beatmap as well.


If you want to test ImGui from the previous release please use the .NET Framework 4.8.1 executable included in the "Compatibility Executables" folder. It's still in beta.

feature request:
- stacks convert tool. it should detach notes from last stack note by x:-3 y:3 for every detected note (actual stack note placement). might be useful if you want to create flippable stacks (will be flipped by hr mod ofc, ig you know hr mechanics :D)

like it searches for any objects that are in the same spot as the last one, and shifts them slightly…?

might be right explanation, but only for selected objects with considering stack leniency option (don't really know if this option is important)

feature req: lagspike handling.

most people complain at anytime that they cannot full-combo/SS the beatmap at one shot, then some clients from 2016 to present have the feature. you know the red squares beside the fps counter?

reason is that I wanted this build to run smooth, even for low-end PCs (like me!)

Consider using an FPS limit. Unlimited FPS is terrible for a lot of reasons, one of them being lagspikes.

When using custom frame limiter, it persists when I set it by 480fps. Looks odd to me and it instantly gets a 1x100. :/

Windowed, then OpenGL.

edit: I was supposed to lock in to grind more SS ranks! :sweating:
