are you using obs? if so, you actually may be interested in changing the bitrate settings in Settings > Output > Video Bitrate (and also fps/resolution values in Settings > Video but thats prob more obvious to most people who use obs) for a long time this was actually the one thing that made my recordings super laggy because it was on like 3000 but if you set it to something low enough (i used to use like 300 on my old laptop because it was really bad) it should be a lot less laggy be warned if you set it low enough you can get super blocky video though |
