A few ideas from other private servers I've played on, and quite literally, from osu! itself.
I feel like there should be a daily challenge map based on your skill level, so it's randomized from Titanic's featured or ranked beatmaps based on how good you are. This can go for any gamemode, say I can only play up to a 2* mania map, it would give me something a bit higher than my skill level like a 2.5* or maybe even a 3*. It would add a bit more challenges to Titanic, and bring leaderboard scores up, even if it's small. Some maps don't have any plays whatsoever, some maps have a lot of plays.
If you beat those challenge maps by a certain accuracy, you get rewarded with a badge, maybe custom name plate text?
This also goes alongside my Taiko Dans, likely something only I'd do but maybe for future Taiko players as well. You can find multiple Taiko Dan sets on osu! bancho that are loved, and possibly use those maps as a way to show your skill level. Using https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/912120#taiko/1905443 as an example, you complete the 12th dan, you get a badge saying you've completed the 12th dan.
Just an idea.
