im amazed at s3rl's ability to write lyrics that sound like they were ripped from chatgpt

obviously this map rules (because ur goated) but there r some things i was confused about

01:15:443 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - i understand that there's an addition to the percussion in this, but i feel like the song's still not represented amazingly with only circles – more intense spacing is perfect, but i think it should be combined with 1/2 sliders in accordance with the lead synth in the track
you follow this lead quite a lot in sections like this so i'm not really sure what the massive emphasis is on that specific part. same goes for 03:32:586 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - it works but i think some 1/2 sliders mixed into this would just work better with the song

01:20:243 (2,3) - extremely nitpicky but i think (3) could be placed further to the right just for the sake of spacing

02:02:757 (3,4,5) - i think you could swap the usage of slider / circles here just to go along with the vocals better, since that seems to be a focus here

02:43:557 (2,3) - could also probably just be a 1/2 slider since you do that for other repetitions of this melody (i.e. 02:48:700 (1,2) - , 00:53:500 (1,2) - , etc)

OH one more thing

i think it'd be fun if all the pikachu sfx throughout the song were mapped with linear sliders, e.g. https://vriska.s-ul.eu/f7PWn7y6

it's multi-faceted. it represents the percussion change, it represents the shift in the feeling of the melody after a buildup, and in the last section it overlaps perfectly with the Climactic Vocals. but also it's gameplay purposed, i wanted to have a contrasting intensity expression part of each of these chorus parts. the first kiai's representation of that part of the melody is a pattern preparation for the later chorus and i like it this way

distinction between percussion style for each section. the way i represent 2:48 is different from 2:43 because of the presence of the gabber kicks and the buildup of the song. also in this section i intended a minor expression of like "nostalgia", don't know a better word for it sorry. but it's the same rhythm structure as the first kiai 01:04:472 - , and the feel of the song shifts after this part so i use a different rhythm structure (CLARIFICATION: 2:48 is same feel as 00:53:500 - because it's the buildup to the drop but more intense so it's mapped more intensely)

i have zero idea whether or not the storyboard is broken, it is working on 2015 client but for some reason the digital client has some issues with it, don't know if this affects on my side or not but idk

don't worry about storyboard, it's not even close to ready and is just placeholder stuff rn. idk why it wouldn't be working on digital though could you send the specific issue?
