нет, это действительно баг. (translate for client dev: it is confirmed bug, resolution change is bugged in fullscreen opengl)

What gpu do you have? for me it does this.
 This isn't really ideal either, maybe the game should stretch to fill your monitor? I'm not sure that is a whole lot better though. |

for me, game behaves like in your situation. i think that game window should appear in center of the screen or create window borders with disabled "maximize window" button, like in stable (not sure about "maximize window" button). but window glitch is strange ngl secretly npc
