on lazer beatmap info panel, circle size graph has inconsistent maximum value

comparing with what user can put as CS in beatmap settings, i would recommend you to increase it to 10 for maximum value to fill this graph. but it also might be inconsistent with different values (like OD because its maximum value is 11).

Yeah thats true, it was that way in the original Aeris implementation and I forgot to change it in 1 of the 2 spots. I fixed it for the first load in, but not when you change a map lol. Fixed for whenever another release happens.
