Don't know the details much but the song is from Prism Ark Love2 Maximum CD.
Okay I've researched about it and as usual, the song is an insert in a H-Game, Prism Ark.
Song is good, thats all.
EDIT: Added Normal Version. It lasts only for 1 minute though.
EDIT: Added not-so-badass image, its better than the CD cover though.
